Well the French certainly left their mark on the city, but everyone likes a big party, no matter where ya from.

That depends, ya meanin' Mardi Gras, or ya talkin' of all the stories the city's got hidden in it? 'cause if ya talkin' the first, mostly drinkin' 'nd being merry. After all, it's a time to sin before ya have to repent, so gotta make the most of it before ya ask for forgiveness. [Remy moved back across the room, carrying the Doctor's tea and his own coffee in his hand, placing the tea down first before moving to take a seat with his own drink.] If ya talkin' the second, mon Dieu, where to start?
